Meatballs and Butter Rice
Meatballs ini gampang banget bikinnya dan tasty, of course. Tapi ini bukan jenis meatballs-nya Indonesia aka Bakso yang kenyal-kenyal gitu ya. Meatballs ini ya emang seperti namanya, bener-bener bola-bola daging. Bisa dimakan pake spaghetti, bisa juga pake butter rice.....yum...yumm....
Butter rice-nya juga gampang banget. Nasi digoreng pake butter aja, tambahin garam, gula, merica to taste, kalo mo dikasi oregano juga enak. Atau cara lain, masak nasi di rice cooker, setelah matang beri butter kemudian aduk dan simpang di rice cooker *cepet-cepet mode on*. Pernah juga gue makan pake spaghetti yang dicampur olive oil trus ditaburin coarse salt yang udah ada campuran garlic dan italian seasoningnya.
Meatballs

Ingredients :
1 large egg
1/4 cup water
Coarse salt and ground pepper
1 large onion, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup plain dried breadcrumbs
3/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving (I only use 1/4 cup)
16 ounces ground beef (resep aslinya pake pork and turkey)
Directions :
1. In a large bowl, whisk together egg, 1/4 cup water, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Stir in the onion and the garlic. Add breadcrumbs, cheese and beef. Mix gently. Form into 16 balls.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add half the meatballs; brown on all sides, 4 to 6 minutes. Transfer to a plate with a slotted spoon. Cook remaining meatballs in remaining tablespoon oil; remove meatballs.

Tepung terigu
Kecap Inggris
Susu
Kecap Kikkoman
Oregano
Garam secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
1. Panaskan saucepan, masukkan butter sampai mencair kemudian beri tepung, aduk-aduk sampai rata.
2. Kemudian masukkan susu cair, aduk. Tambahkan kecap Inggris, Kikkoman dan oregano. Beri garam secukupnya.
3. Masak sampai kental, angkat dan sajikan dengan meatballs.
Untuk variasi bisa tambahkan jamur dan sayuran seperti wortel, jagung, brokoli dan buncis.
